Manju Agarwal is a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and brings over 40 years of banking experience, including her role as Deputy MD (Digital Banking and New Businesses) and COO at State Bank of India (SBI). She led the launch of digital initiatives, debit card strategies, transit solutions, transaction banking and government business.

M. Vasudev Rao is a lawyer with nearly 30 years’ experience in governance, legal policy, capital markets, M&A, and compliance. He holds a Commerce degree, LLB, is a Fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and completed Harvard’s Global Corporate Counsel certification. He also serves on the National Committee on Legal and Regulatory Affairs at the Confederation of Indian Industry.
